Food and Family

On March 31, 2010, Changing Life Education Initiative, Inc. launched its; feed the homeless program; in conjunction with Generations and Apostolic Faith Church.  The food box program is distributed at AFC located at 3823 S. Indiana, Chicago IL 60853.  The program is offered to families who are interested in supplementing their food supply.  You can complete intake on site every 2nd. and 4th. Wednesday from 4-6p.m., all you need is a photo ID.   All families in need are invited to participate; in the August the program will also offer fresh fruits and vegetables.

Volunteers are always welcomed and needed.  Help feed a family today.  The program is supported by the City of Chicago and the Illinois Food Depository.  For more information call 800-520-9946. 

You can make donations towards these efforts on our donations page, or you can provide any donations of products to assist with providing for our youth and their families by either dropping them off at our office located at 8745 S. California or calling 800-520-9946 to arrange pick-up.
